Francesco Imola, trading as Never Not Ready ("we," "us," or "our"), operates as a sole trader providing services including web design, no-code web development, copywriting, content creation, and productivity/accountability workshops. We offer the services outlined in your project proposal. All work will be completed according to the agreed-upon deliverables and timelines discussed during our initial consultation.
Our standard payment terms require 50% of the total project cost upfront, 20% due 30 days after signing the contract, and the remaining balance upon project delivery (the day the last agreed deliverable is sent to you). Payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the services provided. For retainer work, payment is expected at the beginning of each month for that month’s work. All payments are processed via Stripe.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
All materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you. We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point. If a project is stalled for more than 4 months, it will be considered cancelled, and a new contract will be required to resume work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
